    MBA [Mortgage Bankers Association] Mortgage Applications:
    U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 10.7% at 2,663.8; Last Week 2,407.2; U.S. MBA Purchase Index rose 4.4% at 223; Last Week 213.7; U.S. MBA Market Index rose 9.1% at 575.9; Last Week 528.1.

    Redbook:
    U.S. Retail Sales First 2 Weeks of January fell 1.3% versus December; U.S. Retail Sales First 2 Weeks of January rose 1.1% versus January a Year-Ago; U.S. Retail Sales rose 0.9% Week Ended January 16 versus Year Ago.

    Building Permits:
    Building Permits rose 10.9% to 653K Rate in December.

    PPI:
    U.S. December Producer Prices rose 0.2%; Compared to Consensus of unchanged%; U.S. December PPI Ex-Food & Energy unchanged%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%.

    Housing Starts:
    November Housing Starts Revised to a rise by 10.7% from an increase by 8.9%; U.S. December Housing Starts fell 4.0% to 557K; Compared to Consensus of a decrease by 0.2%.
