    U.S. and Japanese central banks announced Wednesday that they plan on keeping interest rates low, pushing the Dow to new highs for 2010. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

    MBA [Mortgage Bankers Association] Mortgage Applications:
    U.S. MBA Market Index fell 1.9% at 620.9; Last Week 633.1; U.S. MBA Purchase Index fell 2.3% at 221.5; Last Week 226.8; U.S. MBA Refinance Index fell 1.7% at 2,955.9; Last Week 3,007.2.

    PPI [Producer Price Index] (MoM):
