    Egypt

    Stocks were in the negative for most of the session as protests intensify in Egypt. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

    Initial Jobless Claims:
    U.S. Jobless Claims for Week of January 22 Revised to 457K from 454K; U.S. Jobless Claims fell 42K to 415K in Week of January 29; Compared to Survey of a decrease by 31K.

    Continuing Jobless Claims:
    U.S. January 22 Week Continuing Claims fell 84K to 3,925,000.

    Unit Labor Costs (QoQ):
    U.S. 4Q Unit Labor Costs fell 0.6%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%.

    Nonfarm Productivity (QoQ):
    U.S. 3Q Non-Farm Productivity Revised to +2.4%; U.S. 4Q Non-Farm Productivity rose 2.6%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 2.1%.

    ISM Non-Manufacturing Index:
    U.S. ISM January Non- Manufacturing New Orders Index 64.9 versus December 61.4; U.S. ISM January Non- Manufacturing Prices Index 72.1 versus December 69.5; U.S. ISM January Non- Manufacturing Employment Index 54.5 versus December 52.6; U.S. ISM January Non- Manufacturing Business Index 64.6 versus December 62.9; U.S. ISM January Non-Manufacturing PMI Expected 57.0; U.S. ISM January Non-Manufacturing PMI 59.4 versus December 57.1.

    Factory Orders (MoM):
    November Factory Orders Revised to +1.3% from +0.7%; December Durable Goods Revised to -2.3% from -2.5%; December Factory Orders, Excluding Defense, rose 0.2%; December Factory Orders, Excluding Transportation, rose 1.7%; U.S. Factory Orders rose 0.2% in December; Compared to Consensus of a decrease by 0.5%.
