    Existing Home Sales

    MBA Mortgage Applications:
    U.S. MBA Market Index rose 13.2% at 476.0; Last Week 420.4; U.S. MBA Purchase Index rose 5.1% at 184.1; Last Week 175.1; U.S. MBA Refinance Index rose 17.8% at 2,177.2; Last Week 1,848.6.

    Redbook:
    U.S. Retail Sales rose 2.7% Week Ended February 19 versus Year Ago; 2011/02/23; U.S. Retail Sales First 3 Weeks of February rose 2.5% versus February Year Ago; U.S. Retail Sales first 3 weeks February rose 1.5% versus January.

    U.S. ICSC/Goldman Sachs Chain Store Sales rose 3.0% on Year; U.S. ICSC/Goldman Sachs Chain Store Sales rose 2.6% in week of February 19.

    Existing Home Sales:
