    JPMorgan Chase

    JPMorgan Chase was the first of the big banks to report first quarter results, their profits were better than expected. (Read more at Millennium-Traders.Com)

    MBA [Mortgage Bankers Association] Mortgage Applications:
    U.S. MBA Refinance Index fell 9.0% at 2,047.1; Last Week 2,250.6; U.S. MBA Purchase Index fell 10.5% at 218; Last Week 243.6; U.S. MBA Market Index fell 9.6% at 484.6; Last Week 536.3.

    Core CPI (MoM):
    U.S. Real Average Weekly Earnings rose 0.1% in March; US March CPI Energy Prices Unchanged; U.S. March CPI Food Prices rose 0.2%; U.S. March CPI Unrounded rose 0.063%; Core rose 0.039%; U.S. March CPI Excluding-Food & Energy Unchanged; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%; U.S. March Consumer Prices rose 0.1%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 0.1%.

    Retail Sales (MoM):
    U.S. March Retail & Food Sales rose 1.6%; Compared to Consensus of an increase by 1.3%; February Retail & Food Sales Revised to rise 0.5% from an increase by 0.3%; U.S. March Retail & Food Sales Excluding-Autos rose 0.6%.

    Business Inventories (MoM):
    U.S. February Business Inventories rose 0.5%; was expected to rise 0.4%.

    Crude Oil Inventories as reported from DOE [Department of Energy:
