    At the closing bell on the Stock Exchange, here is how the major indices ended the session on the U.S. Markets:

    DOW (Dow Jones Industrial Average) loss of 7.49 points on the day to end the session at 12,258.90

    NYSE (New York Stock Exchange) gain of 0.06 points to end the session at 8,962.52

    NASDAQ loss of 12.88 points for a close at 2,258.60

    S&P 500 gain of 0.71 points for a close at 1,331.34

    FTSE All-World ex-U.S. loss of 2.54 points to close at 239.6

    FTSE RAFI 1000 loss of 2.90 points to close at 5,457.79

    BEL 20 loss of 52.74 points to close at 3,704.38

    CAC 40 loss of 48 points to close at 4,742.66

    FTSE100 loss of 65.7 points to close at 5,818.60

    NIKKEI 225 loss of 610.8 points to close at 12,992.20

    On the NYSE today, advancers came in at 1,461, decliners totaled 1,704; unchanged came in at 72; new highs came in at 27 and new lows came in at 197. Momentum NYSE stocks traded by active Day Traders today: Ambac Financial Group, Incorporated (ABK) shed 1.20 points with a high on the day of $11.00, a low of $9.62 for a closing price at $9.94;Thornburg Mortgage Incorporated (TMA) shed 4.58 points with a high on the day of $5.35, a low of $3.53 for a closing price at $4.32; Bunge Ltd (BG) gained 0.41 points with a high on the day of $111.44, a low of $102.35 for a closing price at $111.25; Genesco Incorporated (GCO) shed 5.18 points with a high on the day of $25.75, a low of $21.71 for a closing price at $24.77; Questar Corporation (STR) gained 1.70 points with a high on the day of $57.26, a low of $54.92 for a closing price at $56.95; NATCO Group Incorporated (NTG) shed 4.75 points with a high on the day of $48.00, a low of $39.99 for a closing price at $42.90; Alcon Incorporated (ACL) shed 5.90 points with a high on the day of $144.85, a low of $136.16 for a closing price at $138.83; New Oriental Education & Technology Group (EDU) gained 1.74 points with a high on the day of $67.40, a low of $61.52 for a closing price at $64.09; Mastercard Incorporated (MA) shed 1.44 points with a high on the day of $195.90, a low of $185.70 for a closing price at $188.56; ;Mosaic Corporation (MOS) gained 0.63 points with a high on the day of $113.10, a low of $108.25 for a closing price at $111.93; Clear Channel Communications Incorporated (CCU) shed 0.35 points with a high on the day of $32.85, a low of $31.52 for a closing price at $31.65.

    On the NASDAQ today, advanced totaled 1,081; decliners totaled 1,927; unchanged came in at 108; new highs came in at 14 and new lows came in at 261. Momentum NASDAQ stocks traded by active Day Traders today: Apollo Group Incorporated (APOL) shed 4.43 points with a high on the day of $60.69, a low of $56.95 for a closing price at $56.95; Baidu.com, Incorporated (BIDU) shed 10.81 points with a high on the day of $253.47, a low of $237.17 for a closing price at $240.52; Apple Incorporated (AAPL) shed 3.29 points with a high on the day of $125.98, a low of $118.00 for a closing price at $121.73; Central European Distribution Corporation (CEDC) shed 5.74 points with a high on the day of $55.24, a low of $51.70 for a closing price at $52.44; First Solar, Incorporated (FSLR) gained 2.34 points with a high on the day of $211.44, a low of $202.29 for a closing price at $207.49; Sigma Designs Incorporated (SIGM) shed 2.75 points with a high on the day of $29.70, a low of $26.31 for a closing price at $26.72; Cepheid (CPHD) shed 3.32 points with a high on the day of $27.98, a low of $23.33 for a closing price at $24.36; Google Incorporated (GOOG) shed 14.16 points with a high on the day of $472.72, a low of $450.11 for a closing price at $457.02; Deckers Outdoor Corporation (DECK) shed 4.99 points with a high on the day of $110.40, a low of $103.06 for a closing price at $105.65; Research In Motion Limited (RIMM) shed 3.65 points with a high on the day of $104.00, a low of $98.03 for a closing price at $100.15.

    U.S. Construction Spending fell 1.7% in January compared to consensus of a drop by 0.7%.

    U.S. Institute for Supply Management (ISM) February Manufacturing Business Index came in at 48.3; U.S. ISM February Manufacturing Business Index expected to come in at 48.0; U.S. ISM February Manufacturing Business Index came in at 48.3 versus January reading of 50.7; U.S. ISM February Prices Index came in at 75.5 Vs January 76.0; U.S. ISM February Employment Index came in at 46.0 versus January reading of 47.1; U.S. ISM February New Orders Index came in at 49.1 versus January reading of 49.5; U.S. ISM February Production Index came in at 50.7 versus January reading of 55.2; U.S. ISM February Inventories Index came in at 45.4 versus January reading of 49.1.

    Commodities Markets
    The trend was mostly higher across the board today for the Energy Sector: Light crude moved higher today by $0.61 to close at $102.45 a barrel; Heating Oil moved higher today by $0.03 to close at $2.84 a gallon; Natural Gas moved lower today by $0.02 to close at $9.35 per million BTU and Unleaded Gas closed at $2.67 a gallon.

    Metals Markets ended the session higher across the board today: Gold moved higher today by $9.20 to close at $984.20 a Troy ounce; Silver moved higher today by $0.27 to close at $20.18 per Troy ounce; Platinum moved sharply higher today by $60.90 to close at $2,241.60 per Troy ounce and Copper closed higher by $0.07 to close at $3.93 per pound.

    On the Livestock and Meat Markets, the trend was lower across the board today: Lean Hogs ended the day lower by $1.15 to close at $58.80; Pork Bellies ended the day lower by $2.95 to close at $87.63; Live Cattle ended the day lower by $1.68 to close at $92.65 and Feeder Cattle ended the day lower by $2.00 at $104.95.

    Other Commodities: Corn ended the day higher by $10.00 at $566.50 and Soybeans ended the day sharply higher by $23.00 to end the session at $1,559.50.

    Bonds were lower across the board today: 2 year bond closed lower by 1/32 at 100 22/32; 5 year bond moved lower by 5/32 to close at 101 4/32 today; 10 year bond moved lower by 13/32 to close at 99 16/32 and the 30 year bond moved lower by 20/32 to close at 98 29/32 on the day.

    The e-mini Dow ended the session today at 12,240 with a loss of 66 points on the trading session. The total Dow Exchange Volume for the day came in at 198,87 which are comprised of Electronic, Open Auction and Cash Exchange.     The end of day results for the CBOT (Chicago Board of Trade) which is comprised of the total Exchange Volume for Futures and Options (EVFO) including Electronic, Open Auction and Cash Exchange ended the day at 6,810,674; Open Interest for Futures moved lower by 75,270 points to close at 10,468,216; the Open Interest for Options moved higher by 242,909 points to close at 7,395,248 and the Cleared Only moved lower by 92 points to close at 28,361 for a total Open Interest on the day of 17,891,825 for a total Change on the day with a gain of 167,547 points.
